We hope you love your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and returned in their original condition
- All original tags and packaging must remain intact
- Returns must be free from damage, marks, fragrances, or signs of wear

To request a return, please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return request has been approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided.

Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Workshops and event bookings are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
